After 1 week of use, the color started coming off. It's a nice bracelet but it doesn't last much.Update. After 3 weeks it broke. Contacted customer service and i felt like i was talking to a child. Said they would give me a necklace for my issue, then wrote me again saying they would not send a necklace, that the person who wrote that was wrong and that they would give me a new bracelet. Never received the bracelet so contacted them again. They said they would refund me and this was November 30. Its December 21 and i still didn't get a refund.Terrible business. I am all in to support small businesses, but this is just disorganized. Never will buy from them again. If i could i would give Zero Stars.It was nicely packaged. The lettering was nicely designed as well.It was a gift and she liked itEl nombre esta perfectoBeautiful, my niece loves it.My daughter loved itThis is not real .925 Sterling silver??
